Generali Italia SpA cerca un Corporate Identity & Digital Media Lead per coprire un congedo di maternità nel Dipartimento Comunicazione e Sostenibilità. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza in comunicazione, con un focus sulle strategie digitali e la creazione di contenuti, per migliorare la reputazione aziendale e garantire una comunicazione coerente in tutti i canali.

Competenze

For the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), we are looking for a Corporate Identity & Digital Media Lead (Maternity leave cover) to join our Communication & Sustainability Department. In this role, you will implement planned activities, in accordance with the already approved 2025 GC&C Communication Plan.

Your responsibilities will include enhancing GC&C’s reputation as a thought leader across digital platforms, events, and marketing materials, and supporting the communication rollout of the 2025–27 Strategic Plan in alignment with Generali’s Lifetime Partner 27 strategy.

Main responsibilities :

  • Digital Communication : GC&C’s Digital Communication strategy, aimed at ensuring a correct brand online positioning (eg. GC&C LinkedIn company profile, GC&C CEO profile, GC&C Youtube channel, GC&C website) with the aim of ensuring their consistency and uniqueness compared to main direct competitors
  • Content, Corporate & Brand Identity : Content creation in alignment with Generali brand identity with both internal and external audience. Editorial projects and corporate communication materials, ensuring consistency and uniqueness of messages and communication style, with the goal of supporting GC&C business priorities
  • Events & Sponsorship : External / Markets events towards different types of audiences, sponsorships and corporate initiatives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Experience in Communications (preferably +3 years-experience) either in financial corporations or agency working for a financial / institutional company, with clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degreein Communication, Marketing, Economics, Business, or related fields
  • Experience and passion for content creation, digital storytelling within corporate communications, ability to work on social media (especially LinkedIn) and proven ability to manage and steer complex projects with different stakeholders
  • Ability to create valuable relationships with peers and leadership team members
  • Strong strategic planning abilities and critical thinking skills, with proven experience designing and deploying complex communication strategies
  • International experience or experience in an international context is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian, English, another language is a plus
