Job Description

Team Overview and Responsibilities

The intern will be a member of our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Corporate Team, based in Milan, focusing primarily on H&S issues. Responsibilities include:

  • Audit, control, and data reporting activities for central functions
  • Coordination with Regions and plants
  • Drafting guidelines and procedures

We seek a proactive and motivated individual eager to promote safety culture within Prysmian Group.

Key Challenges

  • Site visits to verify procedure application and data management
  • Preparing reports for top management

Success Metrics

Performance is measured through KPIs such as:

  • Frequency and Gravity Index
  • Safety Culture Maturity Index

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in security engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and 18001 standards

  • Experience with Risk Assessment
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong skills in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
