Job Title:
Legal Specialist – Corporate Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our in-house legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal support on corporate governance matters across multiple jurisdictions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company that specializes in large-scale renewable energy projects, including photovoltaic, agrivoltaic, and BESS. Our client aims to become one of the top 10 independent power producers (IPPs) in Europe within the next few years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, preferably with qualification to practice law in Italy. They should also have experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally with 3+ years' experience in a legal or compliance role within energy, infrastructure, or regulated sectors.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
