The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Events Specialist to join the team.

This role involves prospecting, selling, and executing corporate MICE events and tourism-related events.

The candidate will oversee event logistics, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of events ranging from small-scale activations to large festivals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in prospecting, event planning, relationship management, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement event prospecting strategies, including promotional activities and outreach initiatives.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling and handle inbound leads.
• Plan and execute corporate events, stadium tours, and activations, ensuring excellent guest experiences.
• Prospect and sell event programs to corporate businesses, tourism agencies, consulates (domestic and international), travel companies/agencies, and chambers of commerce.
• Develop and manage the Commercial/Lario event discount benefit program in collaboration with the corporate team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for seamless event execution.
• Draft client proposals for all client events.
• Manage budgeting and P&L for all event initiatives, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other platforms to create and manage proposals, materials, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or tourism roles with a focus on sales and prospecting.
• Strong knowledge of event marketing and operational execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.

The contract level and salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience.
