Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadershis

• Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the Corporate
• Division in alignment with TEAM LEWIS's global objectives
• Identify growth opportunities within the corporate sector and drive new business initiatives
• Ensure the division delivers high-quality, innovative, and effective communication solutions

Client Management

• Serve as the senior point of contact for key corporate clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns (media relations, crisis management, thought leadership, etc.)
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and strategic planning sessions
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of PR and communications professionals
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector
• Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and pitch presentations
• Collaborate with the business development team to expand the agency's client base
• Set and manage divisional budgets, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, reporting regularly to senior management
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and industry regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the Italian media landscape and corporate sector
• Proven track record in business development and client retention
