  • Corporate Development Manager
  • who will play a key role in identifying areas of expansion, evaluating potential acquisition targets, and managing the acquisition process in close collaboration with the company's senior management teams.

Role Summary

The role will include travelling.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Acquisition Pipeline
  2. Identify and create a pipeline of potential acquisition targets.
  3. Initial Analysis
  4. Perform first-level analysis to assess target companies’ fit with our strategic goals, considering size, profitability, type of business, and other key metrics.
  5. Scouting Process
  6. Organize and manage the scouting process for potential M&A targets, ensuring effective communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Project Management
  8. Act as the day-to-day project manager for M&A activities, coordinating between management, investors, and other partners.
  9. Due Diligence
  10. Track and manage all actions during the due diligence and acquisition processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  11. Financial Analysis, Commercial & Legal Due Diligence
  12. Understand and analyze the financials of target companies during due diligence, assessing risks and opportunities. Collaborate with management for commercial due diligence and liaise with external law firms to ensure comprehensive legal due diligence is conducted.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Corporate M&A, investment banking, commercial consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess financial and business data.
  • Experience in project management or coordinating cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
