Mercor seeks a Corporate Designer to manage aesthetics projects on a contract basis, delivering remote, ~10 hours per week. You will evaluate AI-generated materials for layout, typography, color, and polish, and rework top candidates to reference quality.

The role requires a design or related background, strong layout instincts, and the ability to articulate design judgments in writing. Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are required tools for this work.

• Background in design, marketing/comms, or knowledge-work specialization.
• Ability to spot subtle layout inconsistencies.
• Strong opinions on business deliverable quality, articulated in writing.

Compensation: $85-$100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week
