Position Overview
The Corporate Account Manager establishes relationships and sells Citrix solutions directly to a portfolio of key accounts in Italy. You will use your experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprise accounts to effectively build and lead teams of resources to achieve established account strategies within our most important and high-profile accounts in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships and engage at CxO levels to identify and sell Citrix solutions directly to complex or tactically important named accounts, aiming to exceed sales targets and progress towards account strategies.
- Interact with customers at the Senior Management level and form relationships with C-level contacts, understanding their business and IT strategies, priorities, and goals.
- Develop, execute, and maintain account strategies to drive adoption of Citrix products and services revenue within assigned enterprise accounts and their subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Conduct analysis of key accounts using the EMEA methodology.
- Lead teams of internal and external resources to identify, pursue, and close opportunities aligned with account strategies.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, consultants, and sales specialists to leverage internal resources.
- Manage projects from acquisition to coordination of participants.
- Establish relationships with resellers, system integrators, and external partners to develop and execute account strategies and opportunity plans.
- Negotiate profitable licensing contracts considering account procurement practices.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by driving prompt resolution of issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for non-technical or escalation issues.
- Provide regular updates on accounts to sales management.
Qualifications and key skills
- Extensive experience selling software to large enterprise accounts.
- Experience in leading Key Accounts at CxO levels.
- Proven success in establishing strategic executive relationships to sell software and services to large companies.
- Ability to develop and maintain executive relationships with business and IT customers.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including questioning, listening, analysis, negotiation, communication, and presentation.
- Capability to develop and articulate compelling business cases for IT solutions.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with key accounts.
- Knowledge of strategic and large account sales techniques and processes.
- High energy and motivated self-starter attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English, suitable for technical and executive audiences.
- Solid understanding of Citrix technologies and competitive domain.
