Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a seasoned Copywriter – Kraken Pro in Italy. You will craft high-impact copy across campaigns, product launches, social, and in-app experiences for a fast-paced trading platform.

Collaborate with Design, Product, Growth, and Social teams to define voice and drive engagement. You will translate complex trading concepts into clear messaging, resonate with crypto traders, and ensure accuracy and compliance across markets.

Formación

• At least three years of copywriting or content creation experience in fintech, crypto, or trading.
• Strong portfolio with measurable results.
• Ability to produce concise, persuasive content across formats (headlines, long-form, microcopy, emails, social).
• Knowledge of crypto and trading culture and terminology.
• Able to work quickly in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
• Proficient with AI-powered tools to speed workflows while keeping originality.
• Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams; ability to brief, place copy in Figma, and draft mockups.

You will create impactful copy across digital campaigns, product launches, social media, and in-app experiences. Working closely with creative, product, growth, and social teams, you will bring ideas to life and drive meaningful engagement. Accountabilities

• Create high-performing copy: Develop clear, compelling, and conversion-focused messaging for marketing campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid advertising, and social media.

• Connect with the trading community: Write in a voice that resonates with crypto traders and online financial communities, balancing humor, directness, and technical precision.

• Support product launches: Turn complex product features, technical updates, and new releases into engaging narratives that communicate value and encourage adoption.

• Maintain brand consistency: Help define, evolve, and protect the brand's tone of voice across all customer touchpoints, from campaign headlines to push notifications.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Design, Product, Growth, and Social teams to develop creative briefs, refine messaging, and deliver campaigns efficiently.

• Optimize content performance: Develop and test copy variations, analyze results, and continuously improve messaging based on performance data and audience insights.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance: Work with Legal and Communications teams to deliver accurate, responsible, and compliant messaging across different markets and platforms.

Requirements

• Relevant experience: At least three years of experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally within fintech, cryptocurrency, trading, or a related industry.

• A strong portfolio: Demonstrated experience creating copy that captures attention, drives engagement, and inspires action. Practical results and creative work matter more than employer credentials.

• Exceptional writing skills: Ability to produce concise, persuasive, and engaging content across multiple formats, including headlines, long-form copy, microcopy, scripts, social media threads, email sequences, and taglines.

• Knowledge of crypto and trading culture: Familiarity with trading communities, industry terminology, market dynamics, and the language used by active traders.

• Adaptability and speed: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality copy under tight deadlines.

• AI proficiency: Strong ability to use AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows, improve productivity, and increase creative output while maintaining quality and originality.

• Creative judgment: Excellent editorial instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing their meaning.

• Collaboration and communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with designers and cross-functional teams, including providing creative briefs, placing copy in Figma, and developing quick mockups when needed.

• Ownership and initiative: A proactive, self-directed approach, with the confidence to generate ideas, experiment with messaging, and continuously improve creative output.
