We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.

The candidate will join the Digital Experience team in the Digital department, located in Milan.

The person should be a native Italian and English speaker with a flair for writing and creativity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the fashion world and be able to bring fresh ideas to our product descriptions and e-commerce site UX. Collaborating closely with our CRM team, this role is pivotal in crafting compelling newsletters and responding to store inquiries, ultimately enhancing our brand’s voice and online presence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Product Descriptions: Create engaging and informative product descriptions highlighting key features and appealing to our target audience.
• Website Content: Work on the UX part of our e-commerce site, ensuring texts are user-friendly and enhance the shopping experience.
• Newsletters: Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and write newsletters that engage our customer base and promote our products effectively.
• Creative Projects: Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Native English Speaker: Exceptional command of the English language, with impeccable writing and editing skills.
• Creative Flair: Strong creative writing skills with the ability to produce compelling content that stands out.
• Fashion Interest: A strong interest in the fashion industry, with a keen understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with various teams, including CRM and marketing, to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
