Operating as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist at Exa Futures you can expect to :
- Lead (i.e., develop, implement and manage) activities related to Digital Media communication (both of Key Clients and of our own organization)
- Contribute to develop the best plan-of-action for each client’s communication project
- Define most important social media KPI’s , track them constantly, measure success of campaigns and report to the stakeholders
- Manage and oversee digital media content
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use digital media marketing tools
- Manage and grow communities up to 3M-5M fans / followers
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Clients
- Have a key impact on companyoperations and business,reporting directly to the CEO
- Ensure synergies between the Social Media Management activities and all other services provided to our Key Clients, including Online Advertising, PR, SEO optimization, blogs development / management, growth practices and analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Digital Agency and Product teams
- Lead or support scouting, negotiation and management of partnerships with professionals, publishers and influencers to develop a strong network of partners
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and good proficiency in English (a third language is a nice-to-have )
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube,X(Twitter) , LinkedIn and other social media.
- Experience in running marketing campaigns with goals of (1) brand-awareness , (2) community growth , and (3) conversions
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Preferred familiarity with web design and publishing
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Some basic familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
- Good analytical thinking and the ability to study data patterns. Hands on experience with data elaboration and presentation via Excel
- A team–player with positive attitude and the ability towork independently
- You have to be pro-active , fast learner , detailed oriented , able to work under stress, comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in planning , tracking / monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns at scale, through good understanding of digital media KPI’s
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing or another field with relevant experience in the online media or advertising industry
- Preferred account management experience
- Important : a proven track record of failure is required; if you also have successes in your past experience, we won’t hold it against you
