Operating as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist at Exa Futures, you can expect to:
- Lead activities related to Digital Media communication for Key Clients and our organization.
- Develop and implement communication strategies for each client.
- Define key social media KPIs, track them, measure campaign success, and report to stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee digital media content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Utilize digital media marketing tools effectively.
- Manage and grow communities with up to 3M-5M followers.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, and optimize content accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Clients.
- Contribute significantly to company operations and business, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Ensure synergy between social media activities and other services like online advertising, PR, SEO, blogs, growth practices, and analytics.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Digital Agency and Product teams.
- Lead or support partnership scouting, negotiation, and management with professionals, publishers, and influencers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; a third language is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in running marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness, community growth, and conversions.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and presentation via Excel.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work independently.
- Proactive, fast learner, detail-oriented, able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in planning, tracking, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns at scale, understanding digital media KPIs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field with relevant online media or advertising experience.
- Account management experience is a plus.
