Operating as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist at Exa Futures, you can expect to:
- Lead activities related to Digital Media communication for Key Clients and our organization.
- Develop the best plan of action for each client’s communication project.
- Define key social media KPIs, track them, measure campaign success, and report to stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee digital media content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Utilize digital media marketing tools.
- Manage and grow communities of up to 3M-5M followers.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Clients.
- Report directly to the CEO, impacting company operations and business.
- Ensure synergy between Social Media Management and other services like Online Advertising, PR, SEO, blogs, growth practices, and analytics.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Digital Agency and Product teams.
- Lead or support partnership scouting, negotiation, and management with professionals, publishers, and influencers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; a third language is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in running marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, community growth, and conversions.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience in audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with web design, publishing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and presentation via Excel.
- A team player with a positive attitude, capable of working independently.
- Proactive, quick learner, detail-oriented, able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in planning, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns using digital media KPIs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields with relevant online media or advertising experience.
- Account management experience is preferred.
- A proven track record of failures is acceptable; successes are a plus.
