Operating as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist at Exa Futures, you can expect to:
- Lead activities related to Digital Media communication for Key Clients and our organization.
- Contribute to developing the best plan of action for each client’s communication project.
- Define key social media KPIs, track them, measure campaign success, and report to stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee digital media content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media practices and technologies.
- Utilize digital media marketing tools.
- Manage and grow communities of up to 3M-5M followers.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement; suggest content optimizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Clients.
- Impact company operations and business, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Ensure synergy between Social Media Management and other services like Online Advertising, PR, SEO, blogs, growth practices, analytics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Digital Agency and Product teams.
- Lead or support partnerships with professionals, publishers, and influencers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (a third language is a plus).
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Copywriter & Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X(Twitter), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness, community growth, and conversions.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and presentation via Excel.
- Team player with a positive attitude, capable of working independently.
- Proactive, fast learner, detail-oriented, able to work under stress, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in planning, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns at scale, with a good understanding of digital media KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field with relevant online media or advertising industry experience.
- Account management experience is preferred.
- Important: A proven track record of failure is required; successes are a plus but not mandatory.
