We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our dynamic Creative Operations team within the Marketing & Direct Sales function at Costa’s Headquarters in Genoa, Italy. How you’ll live your ambition: As our Copywriter you’ll be at the helm of our brand’s voice, steering storytelling excellence across multiple business areas, from Brand to Social, Media, CRM, Loyalty, Trade, Corporate and onboard experiences.

You’ll lead or support content initiatives across channels and formats, partnering closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Media, Trade, Corporate and Editorial teams. Whether it’s a bold campaign headline, a social caption, a video script, or editorial storytelling; You’ll be the narrative architect behind our message.

Demonstrate your passion

• You’ll steer creative quality alongside designers and producers, from concept development to final execution.
• You’ll generate editorial and commercial content with precision, supporting campaign headlines, video supers, and multilingual outputs.
• You’ll co-pilot innovation by integrating AI tools for content generation, translation, and Text to speech engines.
• You’ll drive customer engagement with inspiring storytelling across consumer and trade material, including brochures, magazines, and product descriptions.
• You’ll maintain brand consistency and editorial excellence while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Corporate, and Media stakeholders.

Get things right

• You'll work with the Head of Content Production and designers to create highly crafted content and ensure the quality of all creative deliverables throughout the project, starting from adherence to Brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• You’ll manage briefs and interpretations with clarity, agility, and a strategic mindset.
• You’ll own the translation workflow and localization process for multiple stakeholders.
• You’ll collaborate with the Editorial team to curate meaningful and impactful narratives.
• You’ll support Corporate Communications by shaping internal and external messages that reflect our brand values.

What makes you unique:

• You'll bring at least 3 years of experience as a Copywriter within the global travel or digital landscape, supported by a degree in Writing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• You'll translate deep curiosity for travel experiences and audience behavior into engaging digital storytelling, especially across social platforms and product narratives, delivering copy that’s both brand-aligned and conversion-driven.
• You'll thrive in high-speed, commercially driven environments, showing meticulous attention to detail, strong project ownership, and exceptional time management skills.
• You'll embrace AI-powered tools for multilingual copy generation and translation, and explore voice-based technologies to push creative boundaries.
• You'll fuel a culture of innovation and creative excellence, actively shaping the direction of each project while collaborating fluidly with designers, producers, and other creative stakeholders.
