Iris Galerie, in rapid expansion, is seeking a Sales Associate.

We offer a unique experience of revealing the beauty of eyes through macro photography.

We create one-of-a-kind artistic photographs of our clients' irises, available in various formats and finishes. Our goal is to provide an unforgettable artistic experience accessible to as many people as possible.

With over 170 galleries in 19 countries within less than 4 years, Iris Galerie plans to open over 100 new galleries in 2024, both in France and internationally in culturally vibrant cities.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Iris Galerie for visitors and a key part of our retail success. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring sales targets are met and acting as a trusted advisor to clients;
2. Maintaining the gallery (cleaning, stock management, security);
3. Handling and editing photos taken during client visits;
4. Receiving packages and managing the cash register according to established procedures.

Requirements include:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales consultant in retail;
2. Strong affinity for retail environment and assisted sales;
3. Excellent command of English;
4. Proficiency with office automation tools (Mac);
5. Strong commercial skills;
6. Attention to detail and rigor;
7. Persuasive skills and ability to engage;
8. Results-oriented mindset;
9. Willingness to participate in an ambitious project.

Contract type: Fixed-term

Start date: As soon as possible

Compensation will be based on experience.

Additional benefits include coverage of transportation costs.
