Leading company, recognized worldwide for manufacturing high-quality components for professional and domestic sectors, entirely produced at its own facilities. To give new momentum to the organization in achieving a challenging new INDUSTRIAL PLAN, we are seeking a new professional.

This individual will report to the CTO of the Business Unit and will be responsible for strategic and operational supervision of the department, aiming to promote and develop cutting-edge solutions for our systems. They will be the reference point for researching new technologies, products, and processes, working closely with various departments to ensure all activities align with company objectives and market needs.

They will particularly support the activities of a 12-person team involved in:

• Certifications

Stimulating productivity, achieving objectives, and creating an environment conducive to innovation while respecting product development plans.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadership and Team Management: Support, inspire, develop, and coordinate a team.
• Strategy Development: Support and implement research and development strategies.
• Product Design and Development: Work on new product designs and existing ones.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support coordination with various company functions.
• Emerging Technologies Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends.
• Budget Management: Assist in planning and managing the budget.
• Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance

Qualifications include a degree in engineering or equivalent; basic knowledge of Thermodynamics; at least 5 years of experience in multinational companies; problem-solving skills and teamwork; English at C1 level. Knowledge of a second language is preferred.

Contract type: permanent, with RAL commensurate with experience + MBO.
