Un'azienda di piccole dimensioni cerca un elettricista capo squadra per gestire un team dedicato all'installazione e manutenzione di sistemi elettrici civili e industriali. Si offrono contratti a tempo determinato di 3-6 mesi con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, in un ambiente dinamico nei cantieri della Lombardia.

Competenze

• Esperienza documentata nella gestione di squadre.
• Autonomia e capacità di risolvere difficoltà operative.
• Patente B per la guida.

Mansioni

• Gestire un team operativo e supervisionare le attività.
• Installazione e manutenzione di impianti elettrici civili e industriali.

Elettricista capo squadra / preposto

Ricerchiamo ELECTRICISTS with experience in the installation and maintenance of civil and industrial electrical systems, to manage an operational team and serve as team leader / supervisor.

Requirements:

• Documented experience;
• Autonomy in execution and ability to manage and resolve operational difficulties on site;
• Knowledge of technical drawings and electrical schematics;
• Knowledge and understanding of the Italian language (essential for communication within the company);
• Patente B (Driving license B).

Selected candidates will be offered a fixed-term employment contract of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of subsequent permanent employment. Contract conditions will be evaluated based on the candidate's actual experience and demonstrated skills.

Working hours: Full-time

Work location: Gorle (BG) and company sites in Lombardy

Company transportation services are not provided; employees must reach the Gorle site independently. Company vans are available for travel to sites.

EDC Elettrosistem S.r.l. is a small company of 20 employees specializing in the installation and maintenance of civil and industrial electrical systems, based in Gorle (BG) and active throughout Lombardy.
