Overview

For the further operational development of our PrimeServ Industries, we are looking for a Field Service Coordinator with prior field experience with rotating equipment. You will be based at our Everllence location in Genoa or Lomagna, Italy.

As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated international team and contribute directly and independently to the successful execution of service projects. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating field service activities related to the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of turbomachinery for industrial applications. Our customers include energy producers, process industries, EPCs, and engineering firms across Italy and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of field service projects, from bidding to customer handover.
  • Prepare and manage quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Manufacturing Data Books (MDB).
  • Plan and schedule new installations, maintenance, and service activities for rotating equipment (steam turbines, compressors, expanders).
  • Issue service quotations and technical documentation.
  • Select and manage subcontractors for field service operations.
  • Organize and lead kick-off meetings, site inspections, and debriefings.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to Field Service personnel during site assignments.
  • Ensure all field activities are properly documented and reported.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and internal quality systems.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure timely financial closure.
  • Collaborate with global Everllence Pools for Field Service staff exchange.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with rotating equipment in the field (steam turbines, compressors, expanders).
  • Technical education (Apprenticeship, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar).
  • Familiarity with local technical standards and turbomachinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); German is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to meet customer scheduling needs.

Location

Your reference office will be located in Genoa or Lomagna, Italy, with possibility of working from home two days per week. Based on project assignments, travel across Italy may be required, as well as occasional travels to our headquarter in Germany.
