Job Opportunity: Coordinatore/Trice Pedagogico - Nidi Estate di Verona

Location: Verona, Italy

Aldia Cooperativa Sociale, established in 1977 and a reference point in educational and social assistance services, is seeking a COORDINATORE/TRICE PEDAGOGICO for the NIDI ESTATE DI VERONA service.

Responsibilities:

• Personnel selection
• Team composition
• Inspections at nurseries
• Relations with families, municipalities, and operators
• Training and monitoring work groups
• Reporting hours

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in educational sciences
• Knowledge of nursery services
• Strong organizational, managerial, and relational skills (families, clients, colleagues, operators)
• Ability to assemble and manage work teams, including substitutions, technical, and pedagogical support
• Proficiency with IT applications

Availability from mid-May to the end of July is required. Both fixed-term and freelance contracts (p.iva) are considered. Salary level: D3 CCNL COOP SOCIALI.
