Company Description

Synergie HR Solutions, part of the Synergie Italia Spa group, is seeking a coordinator operativo for a well-known Italian chain specializing in personal care, beauty, and home hygiene, operating in Molise.

Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for traveling between various stores in Molise, performing the following activities:

• Coordinating work teams across different stores, scheduling shifts, and assigning tasks.
• Supervising the proper execution of work in all assigned stores.
• Collaborating with the headquarters to manage personnel (hiring, sick leave, vacations, etc.).
• Providing necessary training to new hires.
• Supporting store resources in stock replenishment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in GDO (retail) as a team leader or operational coordinator.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evening/night shifts from 8:30 PM onwards.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for team management and issue resolution.

Additional Information

We offer: a contract to be discussed during the interview, under the MULTISERVIZI collective bargaining agreement, level 3.

Full-time work.

Location: Molise.
