We are looking for a Coordination of Value Analysis and Value Engineering, Systems, Processes and Sustainability to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of General Procurement, Systems & Processes.

You will be responsible to coordinate analysts to providing cost analysis using value engineering and value analysis methods and tools and to support in innovation cost evaluation and accountable for trade off definition between variable and fixed costs according to volumes. You will be responsible to coordinate the activities for analysing, designing processes and defining requirements of Procurement Department and be the reference for IT and Group BZ for modification and new implementation and ensuring the Sustainability strategy implementation within supply chain.

You will be responsible to coordinate people for the following activities:

• Support the design to cost activities of component technical definition during the concept, development phase and life cycle
• Perform detailed cost analysis on variable and fixed costs based on technical requirements
• Evaluation of variable and fixed cost relations according to project production volumes
• Use group tools to detail cost elements and build waterfall analysis
• Provide specific calculations related to green/brown field and R&D costs used in the components awards (e.g. KLS-KGF, WINK, KENT)
• Support the negotiation activities of the series buyers with the analysis and cost competences mainly during business assignment and modification phase.
• Be the expert of Procurement process and the reference for new process and systems implementation with IT or Group BZ (Beschaffungsprozess);
• Analyse AS IS situations and find best process solutions.
• Track implementation projects in terms of timing and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all group guidelines and company guidelines
• Provide support to the buyers by implementing centrally new processes or new regulations and deploying trainings or procedures.
• Be the RQA (Quality Responsible for the Area) for Procurement in the QMS
• Organize and steer the local sourcing committees
• Be the expert with VW group brands to ensure common sharing of Sustainability initiatives within Procurement in line with Lamborghini and group strategy
• Ensure the Sustainability Strategy implementation (e.g. sustainability rating)

About you

• University Degree in Engineering and Economics
• 4/5 years in automotive cost engineering / cost analysis environment
• General Technical product knowledge and production processes
• Specific manufacturing technologies competences (powertrain, metal, plastic...)
• Offers and cost breakdown analysis
• Supplier Quality experience is considered as a plus
• Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
• Teamwork and relational skills
