Job Description:

Mission: In this role, you will provide worldwide expert-level technical support to SE Field Services Representatives (FSRs) and Certified Service Partners (CSPs) for repair, maintenance, and start-up activities on Cooling Products, mainly for Data Center applications. You will guide remotely and on-site to resolve issues related to installation, operation, and application of these products. Collaboration with other company functions will be necessary to resolve field issues. You will be part of the IoT revolution, providing key information for predictive, advanced maintenance, and remote troubleshooting. The position involves occasional international travel.

What will you do?

• Provide technical support on Cooling Products via email, phone, video, or remote connections.
• Create technical bulletins and contribute to product quality improvements.
• Manage and update the FSR database for Cooling Products.
• Develop training modules in collaboration with training teams.
• Support the release of new connected cooling products.
• Improve procedures for developing FSR Service Tools.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in thermodynamics or energetics.
• At least 5 years of experience in Field Services or R&D related to cooling products.
• Fluent in English, with good thermodynamic knowledge and cooling experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
