A leading company in energy management and automation is seeking a technical support expert for their Cooling Products, primarily focusing on data center applications. In this role, you will provide both remote and on-site support, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to product development. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in engineering, strong problem-solving abilities, and relevant experience in the field. Opportunities for continued growth and a permanent contract are offered.
In this role, you will provide, worldwide, expert level technical support to SE Field Services Representatives (FSRs) and Certified Service Partners (CSPs) for repair, maintenance and start-up activities on Cooling Products (Precision Air Conditioners as In Room – In Row, and Chillers) intended mainly for Data Center applications.
You will have to provide adequate guidance, remotely and on-site, in order to solve problems related to the installation, operation and application of the aforementioned products.
If necessary, you will have to work jointly with other company functions (R&D and Offer Quality Engineering, Customer Satisfaction & Quality teams, Marketing and Application Engineering) in order to receive the necessary support to solve the field issues.
You will be in the move of the IoT revolution where all Schneider connected products will provide key information to allow predictive, advanced maintenance & remote troubleshooting. The international aspect of this position means occasional travels all over the world.
