Osit Impresa Spa, a leader in the fashion retail industry managing the brand Subdued, is currently seeking a Cool Hunter to join the Style department.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and objectives:

• Knowledge of the target market
• Target and market trend analysis and research
• Understanding of the fashion retail sector, with a focus on the fast fashion product Subdued
• Ability to target and collaborate with the demographic of young women for product development
• Presence at popular places and events frequented by the target audience
• Activity reporting
• Research styles and trends across different cities

Requirements include:

• Strong observational and innovative skills
• Passion for fashion and retail
• Dynamic and adaptable personality
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally
• Teamwork skills
• Proficiency with business tools (SIM, PC)
