JOB DESCRIPTION

PERMANENT OPENING

The employee will serve on board an offshore drilling rig.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Main tasks : cooking for crew and guests, delegate the kitchen staff;
• Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance to HACCP and Company's policies.
• Ensure proper storage of all items in accordance with HACCP;
• Ensure product freshness and food safety in accordance with HACCP.
