What you’ll do:

• Lead the strategy to convert digital and retail prospects into active players across PokerStars Italy.
• Coordinate and improve all aspects of the registration process, including onboarding, to boost conversion rates.
• Define and lead all aspects of welcome offer mechanics, monitor performance, return on investment, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding journeys and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive first deposits and KYC completion.
• Track key metrics throughout the conversion process, suggesting data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless and compliant user journeys.

What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience in CRM, digital marketing, or conversion strategy, preferably in regulated or complex industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to evaluate funnel performance and optimize user activation.
• Experience in planning and executing multi-channel onboarding campaigns and acquisition journeys.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills to align teams.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, balancing structure and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
