S / He drives conversational and content experiences from concepts, flow charts and screens to product launch, with attention to detail through elegant and consumer-focused designs. S / he oversees all behavioural-led design and research on improving user experience and engagement.

  • Main activities and responsibilities
  • Drive behavioural-led design within the team by focusing on various engagement tactics within the product. Owner of product user engagement, focusing on user motivations and backing it up with metrics.
  • Map key metrics and collaborate with the Data Scientist to enhance the engagement algorithms
  • With the Product team members, conducting discovery sessions with users to understand their needs, prioritize and validate use cases (with interviews, guerrilla tests, usability tests, etc..)
  • Developing user and Virtual Assistant personas for conversational experiences. Designing user journey flows and developing conversational dialogues. Own the conversational UX side of the product (Virtual Assistant)
  • Take an active role in the definition of the content strategy for the product in collaboration with the Head of Product and other peer Product Managers.
  • Support the designers in the definition of buttons, quick replies, carousels and other graphical elements for conversations on display devices.
  • Define success indicators to measure the results of choices.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the designed chat flows and content in the delivery and translation process.
  • Create and improve chat flows and content upon direct or indirect user feedback, usage insights and data analytics (e.g behavioural data).
  • Learning from best practices from conversational design and UX writing fields, and align and update on latest possibilities to drive excellence.
  • Speaking authoritatively on concepts and best practices of conversation design and UX writing to the stakeholders, and act as point of expertise towards different teams.
  • Actively Partake in discovery and delivery product process and roadmap prioritization
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing when needed and partake in marketing material writing
  • Communicating with the Product team, Engineering team and Designers.
  • MSc in Behaviour Sciences
  • Expertise in Behaviour sciences and its utilisation in real life examples
  • Experience in working as a UX designer or part of UX team conducting user research
  • Experience in designing conversational experiences and writing UX content / copy for web / mobile products.
  • Experience in using design and prototyping tools (Figma)
  • Quick learner and adapt to an environment with fast-changing goals, scope and requirements.
  • Understand business context, logics, vision and touchpoints.
  • Good communication and presentation skills within the team and other stakeholders.
  • Use empathy as the core way to deeply understand the final users of the product.
  • Be a good team player and provide support to other team members if needed.

The position is 100% remote (Europe time zone)
