Join a leading Robotics company as a support engineer, providing world-class service to clients. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, managing customer contracts, and assisting in PLC and HMI systems programming. This role involves travel across Italy and the EMEA region, with a focus on continuous production support.

Competenze

• An academic diploma or practical experience in electrical/control engineering.
• Industrial experience with Siemens S7/TIA or Beckhoff Twincat is required.
• Experience in managing subcontractors for electrical installations.

Responsibilities

Make an impact

• You will support our well-known customers with world-class support including troubleshooting, investigations, enhancements, and optimizations.
• Rotational out-of-hours second-line support is also part of the job to ensure continuous production for our customers, 24 / 7.
• Some customers will be your extended responsibility; you will manage periodic site visits, contracts, software, and documentation.
• You will assist in projects and contribute your expertise, helping with programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC / HMI systems.
• Some work will be located at customer sites within Italy and the EMEA region, so some travelling will be required.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• An academic diploma and / or practical experience in electrical / controls engineering.
• Industrial experience with knowledge of Siemens S7 / TIA and / or Beckhoff Twincat.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
• Experience managing subcontractors delivering electrical installations and control systems.
• Experience with intralogistics and industrial warehouse systems such as conveyors and cranes is a plus.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.
