Quality Control Specialist – Mechanical Quality Control

The Company

A solid company in the precision mechanics sector, active in the production and processing of high-complexity mechanical components, is looking to permanently hire a quality control professional.

Main Responsibilities

• Mechanical quality control on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
• Verification of internal mechanical processes and those of third-party suppliers
• Use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, comparators, 3D measurement machine)
• Management of internal and external non-conformities and report writing
• Monitoring quality KPIs and supporting internal/external audits
• Collaboration with the Quality Manager on continuous improvement plans
• Assistance in compiling technical documentation and compliance declarations

Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma or short university degree (Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical quality control or similar roles
• Knowledge of measurement tools and reading mechanical drawings
• Experience with 2D/3D measurement machines (e.g., Tesa, Hexagon, Mitutoyo) is preferred
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
• Basic technical English for reading documents/manuals
• Precision, analytical skills, and team-oriented attitude

Contract directly offered on a permanent basis.

Joining a consolidated technical team, with production bonuses and corporate welfare, including an internal canteen at a reduced cost (€1.70).

Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break).
