QSRP group is seeking a Controlling/Reporting specialist to support the Controlling Manager in finance and business reporting activities. You will help monitor hours, productivity, inventory costs, and forecast/budget processes while driving data quality and process improvements.

The role requires a finance-oriented degree, strong Excel skills, fluent English and Italian (B2), and the ability to collaborate across departments and countries in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Business Engineering.
• Knowledge of Excel.

About the position

The person in this role will support Controlling team from Business and Finance side. In particular the resource will be actively involved in reporting activities and analysis.

Reporting to the Controlling Manager, the resource will support the Controlling Department in the following activities:

• Support for the finance and operations departments in reporting working hours and daily monitoring of productivity.
• Support for the finance and operations departments in controlling inventory costs, inventory shrinkage, and related reporting.
• Support for the finance and operations departments in reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Data quality activities and innovation of reporting processes.
