Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a motivated Controlling Apprentice to join our Finance & Controlling Team in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and build a strong foundation for your future career.

The position may also be considered on a part-time basis, with a minimum gross annual salary of €29,000 and a flexible hybrid work model in Pinerolo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office 365 suite.
• Interest in financial analysis, controlling, and business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI is considered a plus.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
