Job Description

What will you take care of?

We are seeking a candidate to join as a Controller Intern within our Controlling department in Nonantola.

You will support the team in the following activities:

1. Help shape the future: Review administrative and controlling processes to support the company's future growth and financial sustainability.
2. Take Responsibility: Assist in managing and monitoring relevant budgets, focusing on monthly reports and structural cost planning.
3. Reliable implementation: Support controlling processes, especially budget vs. actual analysis.
4. Experience cooperation: Prepare cost analyses for the management team.
5. Live Internationally: Engage in an international environment, collaborating with both HQ Central Functions and Regional Organizations.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

• Education: Degree in Economics or a related field.
• Experience and know-how: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel at least intermediate, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Flexibility, precision, motivation, tenacity, reliability in meeting deadlines, result orientation, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interests: Desire to grow within a complex organization and openness to an international environment.
