Job Description:

Dinamic company in strong growth, operating in the footwear sector, is seeking to hire a Controller who will report to the Head of Management Control. The ideal candidate will support activities related to Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

1. Manage planning and control activities, continuous monitoring systems, and procedures for the dissemination and sharing of deviations focusing on sales and margins.
2. Monitor company performance through operational KPIs.

The preferred candidate holds a degree in Economics and Commerce, Management Engineering, or Statistics, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the footwear/fashion industry or significant experience in a consulting firm. Essential requirements include strong analytical skills and proficiency with IT tools.
