About the Role:

The Controller, reporting to the HCo CFO Italy, will support the Industrial Manager and Supply Chain Manager as a business partner. The role involves defining regional budget objectives, analyzing actual versus target business performance, promoting improvement actions, and sharing best practices within the regional operations.

  • Support Group Industrial & Supply Controlling in planning processes.
  • Coordinate with Local Operations Controller and Group to ensure alignment and proper cascading of information.
  • Supervise simulation of new product and SKU costs; assist Category Controllers in innovation projects.
  • Analyze monthly supply chain costs versus targets with Local Supply Chain Controller.
  • Report actual versus budget/forecast data consolidated at the Area level.
  • Assist management in understanding performance gaps and provide relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with Group Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling on analysis and improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor obsolescence and destruction costs.
  • Oversee Area production evolution based on S&OP data and ensure correct tolling fee calculations.
  • Implement Group standards and analyze stock evaluations at the Area level.
  • Support the quarterly Stock Committee preparations.
  • Assist Category Controllers with financial analysis of CAPEX investments.
  • Maintain constant communication with Country and Group Operations Controlling.
  • Participate in the concept phase of supply chain transformation initiatives.

Required:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics
• Relevant experience in financial planning
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, BPC/TPM/BI, HFM, and Essbase
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, critical thinking, and innovative solution development
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
