The Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group is looking for a Controller to support the growth of our European Finance Department based in Milan.

You will be part of an international work environment (European and Chinese) and will report monthly to our headquarters in China regarding actuals, forecasts, and business plans. You will support and challenge sales, marketing, and administration teams with financial aspects and KPI follow-ups of current business.

Responsibilities:

1. Gross profit monitoring: Conduct regular cost estimations based on HQ standard pricing. Update monthly pricing guidelines across business lines. Track and analyze gross profit margin fluctuations to ensure profitability targets are met.
2. Accounts Receivable Turnover Management: Monitor overdue accounts weekly, complete monthly reconciliations with clients, perform internal clearing within SAP, establish credit limits based on sales velocity, and provide AR turnover analysis and reporting.
3. Commission & Rebate Management: Analyze customer profitability and rebate types, review and validate payout conditions, and ensure accurate and timely disbursement.
4. Budget Planning & Control: Coordinate budget submissions, conduct variance analysis, track budget performance, and drive continuous improvement.
5. KPI Evaluation & Performance Settlement: Prepare monthly P&L statements, track key metrics such as marginal contribution rate.
6. Outbound Approval & Profit Estimation: Approve outbound transactions, perform gross profit estimations on shipments.
7. Inventory Management: Analyze inventory turnover efficiency, follow up on counts, recommend process improvements, and support supply chain in reducing inventory days.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Finance/Controlling
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with SAP (S4 HANA) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Structured, independent, self-motivated, and committed
• Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus
