HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. in Rome is offering a Control System Engineer Intern position within the Grid Automation unit.

The role supports junior engineers in system integration and RTU projects, delivering work under guidance while meeting contract and safety standards. The candidate should have a degree in Electrical/Automation/Software Engineering or a related field and be proficient in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical / Automation / Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficient in Italian and English (B2/C1).
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Web-based technologies and programming languages (Shell, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with database management (SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with standard LAN networks and industrial automation.

• Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques to assignments.
• Ensure quality deliverables on time and within cost constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.
• Support project engineering activities under guidance of a senior engineer.
