Job Description:

Bonatti S.p.A., a leading general contractor in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a Control System Engineer Junior to join the engineering team for a strategic Compressor Station project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the reading and verification of electrical schematics and P&ID.
• Collaborate in drafting technical specifications for instruments, PLCs, and control panels.
• Assist in the configuration and programming of PLC/DCS (Siemens, Rockwell, or similar).
• Verify and update loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules.
• Provide support during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) phases.
• Participate in commissioning and start-up activities in the field.
• Interface with internal teams (instrumentation, electrical, process) and suppliers.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and system manuals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma in electrical/electronic engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar fields.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems, industrial networks, and field instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID.
• Interest in industrial automation and control systems for complex plants.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
