We are looking for a Senior Hotel Contract Manager! Join our team!

Are you an expert in the hospitality sector with a solid network of contacts? We are seeking a Senior Hotel Contract Manager for a full-time, remote position.

What will you do?

As a Senior Hotel Contract Manager, you will manage hotel contracts across key destinations including Garda Lakes & Vicinity, Milan, Naples, Tuscany, and Piedmont. Your goal is to develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners and ensure excellent service for our customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Meet contract targets and grow production in designated areas.
• Perform contracting trips within the territory, resolving issues related to sales, pricing, operations, IT, and credit control, collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Handle all contracting activities such as negotiations, setting and loading contracts, client assignments, and follow-ups on brochure descriptions with hoteliers.
• Monitor contract performance, manage allocations, control fulfillment, request special offers, compare prices, and renegotiate conditions.
• Analyze sales performance, compare with previous years and competitors, and consider market changes affecting contracted products.
• Identify new business streams through market trend analysis and visit potential new products, building the current and future product portfolio.
• Represent the territory at internal meetings and trade shows.
• Assist with tour operator visits and actively support contracting efforts.
• Participate in specific projects as directed by senior management.
