Contract Team Lead

Are you passionate about the renewable energy sector and looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support our Renewables Business across Europe. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage operational contracts such as Green PPAs, cPPAs, and route-to-market agreements, ensuring they run smoothly while leading a dedicated team.

What You'll Do:

1. Drive Success: Oversee the management of key contracts, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with our strategic goals.

2. Be the Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for customers on operational matters, addressing queries, complaints, and penalties with professionalism and efficiency.

3. Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Data Management Team to ensure seamless coordination on all contractual activities.

4. Lead with Insight: Utilize your analytical skills to evaluate contract terms, identify potential issues, and develop innovative solutions that enhance our processes.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Passion for Renewables: A genuine enthusiasm for the renewable energy sector that drives your self-motivation and team spirit.

2. Experience Matters: At least 5 years in contract management or a related role, with a proven track record of success.

3. Client Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.

4. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to evaluate contract terms and proactively address challenges.

5. Collaborative Spirit: Experience working cross-functionally to ensure smooth contractual operations.

6. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of German, Italian, or French is a big plus!
