Le candidat idéal aura une formation en droit, une expérience solide en cabinets juridiques et une maîtrise des négociations. Competenze

• 3-5 ans d'expérience, de préférence dans des cabinets juridiques.
• Maîtrise du management des contrats et du droit.
• Fluent en italien et en anglais, écrit et parlé.

Mansioni

• Diriger les services de gestion des contrats.
• Revoir et commenter les termes des appels d'offres.
• Identifier les risques contractuels et assurer l'exécution des aspects commerciaux.

Senior Legal Counsel

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead contract management services for the Local Business Unit / Product Group or Country, ensuring all activities comply with directives, instructions, and procedures including the Contract Management Framework. The work model for this role is : #LI-Hybrid. This position contributes to the Legal & Integrity Function in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). Your main responsibilities include :

• Ensuring contracts follow management methodologies in line with internal standards.
• Reviewing and commenting on commercial and technical tender terms to align with ABB policies.
• Identifying contract risks and ensuring timely execution of commercial aspects like payments and claims.
• Verifying contractual obligations and communicating modifications to customers.
• Supporting negotiations and defending ABB’s contractual interests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drafting purchase orders, contracts, and subcontracts with appropriate terms.
• Analyzing contract terms for risks and opportunities, consulting Legal as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with insurance provisions and coordinating with Risk Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in legal firms handling litigations.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, team player.
• Proficiency in Office software like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
