A leading company in the biomedical sector seeks a Tender Manager to oversee the tendering process, manage staff training, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, extensive experience in tenders, and proficiency in managing documentation for public and private tenders.

Descrizione del lavoro

Manage and supervise tender participation on behalf of the company, ensuring a correct presentation of documents required from public customers, an accurate understanding of tender contracts and quotations, and managing a workforce in alignment with strategies and guidelines provided by superiors and the Commercial Operations Director and/or Manager.

Monitor new tenders through daily analysis of tenders selected by external companies or published on government portals to understand their requirements and specifications and identify those of interest to the company.

Manage and optimize the entire tendering process, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality from processing to award, while monitoring volumes.

Manage the data processing part for site and price changes.

Analyze the results of contracts (won/lost) and calculate market share in cooperation with Marketing.

Ensure the correct development and follow-up of the ‘contracts’ software and IT tools essential for the smooth running of the department.

Train staff (new and existing) to improve skills and understanding.

Monitor and suggest improvements in processes and procedures.

Write and manage performance reviews to improve competencies, linking performance to merit enhancement, and ensure employees have the appropriate training and resources.

Resolve employee relations issues and maintain a high-quality work environment to motivate employees to perform at their best.

Support the Manager in daily operations, including staffing development, analysis, training, planning, and recognition.

Participate as a member or leader of special or ongoing projects aimed at process improvement.

Degree in law, economics, or related disciplines, or a diploma with relevant experience.

Experience in tenders and contracts, preferably in the biomedical sector.

Thorough knowledge of Legislative Decree 36/2023 (Public Contracts Code) and main e-procurement platforms.

Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).

Experience in managing administrative, economic, and technical documentation for public tenders and private quotations.

Experience in optimizing internal tender management processes, including digitization and KPI monitoring.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.

Thorough knowledge of international medical device regulations, administrative skills, and documentary management skills.

Computer skills: Experience with management software and tools for electronic tenders.

Ability to write clear documents and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
