Descrizione del lavoro

Your mission

As a contract manager, you will work as a member of the Legal and Contracts Department and be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and overseeing commercial contracts related to Sungrow’s projects in Italy and other EU countries, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and effectively. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Supporting the Contracts function in PV and ESS Business Units in Italy and some EMEA countries.
  • Reviewing, drafting, qualifying, and negotiating various contractual documents including framework agreements, sales contracts, General Terms & Conditions, purchasing agreements, confidentiality, non-disclosure agreements, and letters of intent.
  • Identifying risks and deviations from Sungrow's contracting principles and obtaining senior management approval when necessary.
  • Preparing and negotiating contractual qualifications with new and existing clients.
  • Creating contract and risk summaries to inform project personnel of contractual obligations, risks, and objectives.
  • Negotiating contractual and financial disputes on live projects in consultation with Commercial managers.
  • Maintaining adherence to policies, processes, and procedures within Sungrow’s Business Management System.

Your profile

Let’s see if your background aligns with this challenge:

  • Degree in Law or relevant business qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in PV, Energy Storage, Gas, and/or Construction industries.
  • Experience working within a Contracts or Legal department.
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Law and drafting skills in a legal/contractual context.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (C1 level); Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience in report writing and presentations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines.
