Job PurposeThe contracts manager oversees the review and approval of all contractual documents to protect the company's contractual posture, respond to customer requirements, and ensure adherence to TD SYNNEX's policies.
Supports the legal affairs of the organization as directed by the Transactional Legal group's management team. Manages legal issues with limited supervision.
- Responsibilities
- Uses sophisticated negotiation skills and influence to direct and control contract negotiations to meet established milestones and objectives.
- Maintains effective knowledge of company products and service offerings.
- Balances client focus with the needs of the business for profitability, ensuring contractual terms protect the company and minimize risk.
- Supports TD SYNNEX's Legal department systems and tools, actively encouraging their use throughout the organization.
- Understands the roles and responsibilities of all relevant company employees to leverage their expertise.
- Provides input into the development and maintenance of standard contract templates and pre-approved language.
- Participates as a member of the global legal services team, contributing to policy development, project work, and organizational initiatives.
- Advises on legal aspects of TD SYNNEX's transactional business using sound legal and business judgment.
- Collaborates with local management, the global legal team, and outside legal counsel on various matters.
- Participates in cross-regional/global negotiations.

- Qualified legal degree from a recognized institution or related degree.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Preferred admission to the practice of law in at least one jurisdiction, in good standing.
- Skills in privacy and compliance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in commercial/corporate/contract law, preferably in-house handling complex contractual matters.
