Position provides oversight, direction, and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at the assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. The position supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform O & M Management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned contract(s).
2. Monitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives and provide support to subcontractors, support staff, trades, and crafts.
3. Schedule work to be performed.
4. Submit monthly progress reports in accordance with contract and J&J requirements.
5. Manage and monitor contract resources and budgets.
6. Ensure safety of all personnel, including subcontractors, and compliance with environmental standards and quality of work.
7. Conduct staff training, safety meetings, and briefings.
8. Address customer and employee complaints.
9. Perform maintenance of HVAC systems and manage Contract Management tasks.
10. Perform additional duties as required.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

• Knowledge of codes and standards such as TJC, NFPA, EPA, OSHA applicable to O&M tasks.
• Skilled in operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire, and security systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures.
• Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections.
• Proficient in English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in healthcare business occupancy O&M, specifically in medical facilities.
• Experience in servicing and renovating commercial buildings, managing a diversified workforce responsible for infrastructure systems.

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Common Access Card required.
