A leading company specializing in operations and maintenance management is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee activities at a healthcare facility. The role requires strong leadership in managing maintenance operations, coordinating skilled trades, ensuring safety compliance, and preparing management reports. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least five years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
Position provides oversight, direction and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. Position supervises and coordinates activities of skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at assigned jobsite.
