Kühne+Nagel cerca un Contract Logistics Quality Specialist per il Campus adidas a Mantova, con responsabilità di monitorare l'inventario e migliorare la qualità operativa. Lavorerà nel team Customer Service e collaborerà con Operations per ottimizzare il flusso merce e ridurre danni e errori, con attenzione a SLA e standard aziendali.

La posizione richiede esperienza in contesti multinazionali e una forte attitudine all'analisi, comunicazione efficace e gestione di processi in ambiente dinamico.

• Esperienza nel comunicare con stakeholder eterogenei, inclusi colleghi e leadership in ambienti operativi e veloci.
• Capacità dimostrata di lavorare in team diversi, curiosità e flessibilità.
• Esperienza con approcci orientati ai dati, SLA stringenti e gestione delle scadenze tramite sistemi di ticketing.

Mansioni

• Monitorare e supervisionare i processi di magazzino per migliorare la qualità e ridurre problemi.
• Collaborare strettamente con Operations per condividere pratiche corrette e garantire flusso merce efficiente.
• Analizzare errori interni ed esterni tramite root cause analysis e implementare azioni correttive.
• Sviluppare report, grafici e dashboard sulla qualità operativa e sui rischi di processo.
• Gestire routine quotidiane di inventario, formare Operations e altri reparti sulle buone pratiche.
• Garantire gestione di contenziosi inventariali, resi e trattamenti danni secondo le linee KN.

Contract Logistics Quality Specialist works within Contract Logistics. In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations.

Working as part of the Customer Service team, the Contract Logistics Quality Specialist will conduct monitoring and supervising activities related to warehouse inventory processes with the aim of improve quality standards and reduce potentials issues with an impact on goods workflow.

With this aim, She/He will strictly collaborate with Operations, to share information and proper practices to operate correctly to ensure an efficient goods workflow.

In collaboration with Operations, review all relevant goods workflow processes, isolating issues, verifying correct processes, and ensuring that all required quality standards are always metù

Analyse internal and external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis, then implement preventative measures and optimization of quality processes

Develop, implement, and deliver quality control and easy to understand reports, charts, and/or dashboards to communicate information about right operational practices and potential issues

Develop and implement a daily inventory task routine capable to identify errors efficiently and quickly, and consequently coach Operations and other departments about right practices

Ensure that processes for inventory claims, returns, damaged goods handling are completed, and identify measures to reduce damages

Identify and resolve identified inventory issues via root cause analysis

Deliver all required of stock counts in accordance with customer requirements and KN guidelines

What we would like you to bring

2 - 5 years' experience preferably in multinational companies better if automatized or relevant studies in the field

Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership in operational and fast paced work environments

Demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams, curiosity, and flexibility

Experience with metric oriented and data analysis-based work environments characterized by the respect of strict SLAs and deadlines and ability to prioritize issues and tasks by using ticketing systems
