Contract Logistics Process Engineer

Your Role

As a Process Engineer you will support the Operations Team for topics related to quality performance, projects and reporting.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepares Standard Working Procedures
• Plans and performs follow-up training for the full staff related to Standard Working Procedures
• Updates reports and performance indicators periodically
• Supports the Team to develop small and medium projects focused on process improvement issues

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor/Master Degree preferably in Management Engineering or related field
• Experience in fast-paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, and predict problems by examining situations with a metric-based approach are crucial
• Expertise in Automotive, Aerospace, or FMCG is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in Office 365 is a must; experience (1 year+) with Project Management and Reporting tools is a plus
• Intermediate level of English (B1.2, B2)
• Ability to work in a team with a proactive approach to problem solving
