Role Overview

This role will be responsible for ensuring value-added, high-quality service by working closely with group clients to meet internal needs and maintain the required quality standards for Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Management of the entire Building Contracts.
  2. Regular site visits to review progress and quality with the Contractor and other project stakeholders.
  3. Provide contractual support and advice on change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements, etc.
  4. Advise on client liability regarding claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice).
  5. Discuss and agree on the final account (adjusted contract sum) with the Contractor and client.
  6. Manage and track the closeout of claims, analyzing and reporting on Contractor's losses and expenses.
  7. Advise on Contractor's entitlement to extensions of time, analyzing applications for extensions.
  8. Prepare documentation or provide advice for proceedings such as adjudication, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
  9. Oversee document management to store all relevant correspondence and documents accessible to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in similar roles or with international companies.
  • Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
  • Experience in the Data Center sector is a strong plus.
  • A degree in Engineering is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is advantageous.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 50% of the time.
  • Ability to maintain productivity during remote work scenarios.
