Xylem sucht am Standort Montecchio Maggiore einen Continuous Improvement Specialist (Vollzeit, Hybrid). Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung des Site Transformation Plans, arbeiten in funktionsübergreifenden Teams und treiben Lean-Projekte voran, um Durchlaufzeiten, Qualität und Produktivität zu verbessern.

Sie bringen 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in Prozessverbesserung sowie Lean-Kenntnisse mit. Fließendes Italienisch und Englisch sowie eine proaktive, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise runden das Profil ab.

Competenze

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Statistik, Mathematik oder vergleichbarem Bereich;
• mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Prozessverbesserung, führend in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten;
• Grundkenntnisse in Lean-Werkzeugen (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work);
• ausgezeichnete schriftliche/mündliche Kommunikation in Deutsch/Englisch;
• Projektmanagement- und Leadership-Kompetenz im Teamkontext;
• Fließend Italienisch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift;
• positive, energische Haltung, teamorientiert, Konfliktmanagement.
